The Hideout

The Hideout is a secluded rural property located east of Columbia, SC. This tract consists of 5-year-old professionally planted loblolly pine. These pines are a living investment, future cash flows can be expected from two thinning's and a final harvest. This timber stand also provides excellent wildlife habitat by diversifying the eco system between hardwood bottom areas and a large food plot. After turning off McCords Ferry Rd take your first right at the top of the hill (where the thinned pine meets the young pine) Go down the hill and take your first left where the young pine on your left meets the recently thinned pine. Continue around the recently thinned pine stand until you run into a 5 year old pine stand . There will be an intersection of the firebreak and the main road as soon as you reach the property.
