The Uphoff Farmland Auction consists of 197.77 +/- acres in three tracts, all located ~2.5 miles West of Minonk, Illinois. These farms consist of primarily El Paso, Flanagan soils and have excellent access to drainage outlets. The farms are being offered based upon real estate tax acres and are currently leased for 2025. Buyers will receive the 2025 rent and be responsible for the 2025 real estate taxes due in 2026.
Tract 1: 100 +/- real estate tax acres with ~90.81 tillable acres and a soil PI of 137.6. There is a bridge to access the North-East part of the farm. The building site is INCLUDED with three grain bins.
Tract 2: 20 +/- real estate tax acres with ~19.59 tillable acres and a soil PI of 142.2.
Tract 3: 77.77 +/- real estate tax acres with ~72.60 tillable acres and a soil PI of 140.9. The house site is EXCLUDED. The PIN is to be separated for the 2025 taxes payable in 2026.

The timed online auction will have a separate soft closing for each tract. Tract 1 at 10:00 AM, Tract 2 at 11:00 AM and Tract 3 at 1:00 PM all on June 20th, 2025. Bidding will be available at our website or through First Mid Ag Services' mobile app. Bidding will be available beginning April 25, 2025.

Research Parcel InformationTake Interstate 39 to Minonk interchange. Go west 1/2 mile to 2500E. Turn right and go south 1 mile. Turn right on 2100N and go west 1 mile to the farm. Tract 3 is on the south side of the road, then Tract 1 on the north side and then Tract 2 on the south side. All tracts are interconnected on 2100N.
From Benson go north 4 miles on 2300E to 2100 N Rd and turn right, going 1/2 mile where you will see our signs on both sides of the road. Tract 2 is on the south and Tract 1 is on the north and then Tract 3 is on the south side of the road.
