The ranch offers a variety of terrain from level to gentle sloping down to a seasonal creek area along the north and NE boundary. This area is heavily wooded and offers great hunting with Turkey, Dove, Hogs, Whitetail and Coyote. The ranch is under a MLD permit and the owners have only harvested management bucks and does over the last several years. The waterfowl hunting on the ranch is phenomenal with Canadian Geese, Mallard, Teal, and Wood Duck; several Canadian Geese have made the ranch home. Several Blue Herron nests can be seen in the trees at the lakes.

The ranch is highly productive and is divided into numerous pastures. Throughout the years the owner was running up to 300 Angus cattle at one time using a grazing rotation system. Over the last several years the majority of the ranch has been used for hay production with both Bermuda and Tifton established and fertilized in multiple pastures. Annual hay production is over 2000+ round bales that are sold locally.

The main attraction of the ranch is the many stocked lakes scattered throughout the ranch. The ranch offers lakes and smaller ponds ranging in size from 15 acres to small ponds. The larger lakes are thoroughly stocked with largemouth, catfish and bluegill. The fishing is absolutely incredible with 10 lb bass caught regularly.
