Tompkins Road Farm

Tompkins Road Farm is 40 acres located a few miles south of Hazlehurst. This is a multiuse property that features approximately a half mile of frontage on county paved roads, 25 acres of crop land that is currently leased, and natural timber surrounding the cropland. The cultivated land is currently leased to a local farmer. This lease will have to be honored through the harvest of the 2021 crop. After the lease expires, the new owner would be able to renew it to produce revenue or use the cultivated land for their own uses.
