This beautiful wooded property borders Grant Powell Memorial state forest and features hardwood and softwood timber. The back of the property is thick with balsam trees with plenty of deer sign and the land includes a walking easement along an interior trail to more state wilderness land in the back for remote hunting and also borders the NYS snowmobile system. All area roads are ATV-friendly in the summer and open for snowmobiling in the winter. This part of the Tug Hill Plateau offers excellent deer and bear hunting and other outdoor recreation and is close to the Tug Hill Wildlife Management Area and Sears Pond State Forest, as well as Whetstone Gulf State Park.
