Michigan Hunting Land - Michigan Recreational Land - Michigan Forest Land
Absolutely gorgeous Michigan thumb area wooded acreage. Approximately 75 acres with 2 road frontages, both paved. This is one of the nicest woods Ive walked in a long time. Many different tree types and sizes, including oaks, maples, pines, poplars, beech, cherry, and the list goes on. Heck there's even some big hemlocks over on the east side of this one. Almost make you think you were up in the UP. Just a delight to wander through the forest.
Good population of wildlife using this property too, deer, turkey, squirrel, rabbit, and grouse all seem to be roaming these woods. Check the pictures, some really nice buck rubs I found on my walks through this piece. If you're a bow hunter there are plenty of trees to hang your stands. Good population of wildlife using this property too, deer, turkey, squirrel, rabbit, and grouse all seem to be roaming these woods. Check the pictures, some really nice buck rubs I found on my walks through this piece. If you're a bow hunter there are plenty of trees to hang your stands. You folks who prefer ground blinds, you're gonna love these woods. Open enough to actually see for a ways. You can really use your binoculars here. If you prefer the thicker stuff, its here too. There's also plenty of food for the critters with lots of farmland close by.
On the south end of this one there's about a 4-acre opening, nicely tucked in off the road, currently planted to soybeans. Would think that would make a nice spot for that new home or cabin or maybe a big food plot. There is a county drain that runs through the parcel that provides a good water source for the wildlife.
Properties like this just don't show up very often and usually don't last long on the market when they do. Give us a ring and lets go wander this Enchanted Forest.
This property is being split from a larger farmstead. A survey has been completed. Lastly, its hunting season so please do not walk the land without an appointment, a real estate agent with you, and if possible, wear some hunter orange.
