There is a planned improvement with the expansion of Brick Chimney Road by creating a new bypass of Downtown Georgetown that crosses through the property. Phase 1 realignment and improvements from Johnson Road to US HWY 51 is scheduled to be sent for bids in the Fall of 2020. Phase 2 of the expansion from US HWY 51 through the property to US HWY 701 is currently in the engineering phase.
