Terrain: Large rolling hills are covered in giant oak and elm trees. This ranch has an excellent mix of trees including Texas ash, cedar elm, bur oaks, mesquite, pecan and cottonwood trees. In fact some parts of the ranch are so thick they are difficult to access but full of wildlife. Three branches of Brushy Creek traverse this ranch and feed into the primary creek on the east side of the ranch.
