White Creek Hunting Preserve

White Creek Hunting Preserve is located in both McCormick and Abbeville counties, South Carolina, and surrounded by White, Calhoun, and Hillbern Creeks. The property has frontage on Mt. Carmel Road (Highway 823) and Old Charleston Road.

The entrance to the lodge is tucked away at the end of Old Charleston Road, where a bridge crosses over White Creek. The 1800 square foot, ranch-style brick home is well suited as a hunting lodge or a residence. The property also includes a shooting range and several outbuildings, such as a shed set up for deer processing.

Intensively managed for wildlife and timber production, the rolling hilltops and slopes are a mixture of merchantable pine plantations, hardwood ridges, hardwood plantations, and about 50 acres of well-placed wildlife plots.
