Whitetail Draw Ranch is a perfect sized hunting ranch located in the southeastern quadrant of Sutton county. At 800 +/- acres, this ranch has a varied terrain with nice hilltops and grassy valley land. Elevations range between 2,200+/- feet to 2,300+/- feet with long views from the hill tops and nice draws in the bottom land. Phenomenal cover with a healthy array of live oaks, juniper trees, mesquite, cacti and good native grass cover the area. The headquarters, situated near the entrance of the ranch, includes a hunters cabin built in 2000, with electricity and water onsite. Another smaller building close by that serves as a game room with a poker table, pool table and shuffle board table.

Water well located near the headquarters. Also, a windmill which services a concrete pila.

WILDLIFE:

Abundant free-roaming game including whitetail deer, axis deer, turkey, dove and hogs.

Located approximately 22 miles southwest of Roosevelt off County Road 314. Access through a deeded easement on Private Road 3394 approximately 2.2 +/- miles.
