Prime 400 acre tract just outside of Kingstree. This property features approximately 75 acres of planted fields, with the remaining +/- 325 acres being woodlands. The property has been used as a hunting tract for several years. There are a number of tree stands in place that are accessed via farm roads. Fields are abundant with doves in the fall and turkeys in the spring. In addition to access on Highway 261, the property borders Eastland Avenue. This tract is less than 5 minutes from downtown Kingstree and just over an hour to Charleston and Myrtle Beach.
