By doing so, this property continues to provide quality duck and goose hunting to its stockholders and guests. The Property: The property consists of 21+ tree-lined acres supporting a total of 5 pond areas enclosed by dirt berms. Three of the ponds are cultivated with corn and millet and water levels are maintained under a controlled flooding system. The remaining two pond areas provide a natural grass habitat and are passively flooded. Along with the acreage, there is a clubhouse which is a great place to warm up and grab a snack after those cold December hunts. Amenities of the clubhouse include a table, couch, tv, microwave, BBQ and a restroom. The Hunt: As a stockholder, you are entitled to one designated day a week where you and one other stockholder will have exclusive hunting rights with up to two guests each. You and your guests will have access to hundreds of duck & goose decoys and the choice of using one of two north facing steel pit blinds (one 12 ft. blind & one 20 ft. blind). Weekend hunts are also available to stockholders and their guest with the stockholders having first right of access. Other amenities that you will have as a stockholder to assist in your hunts is access to a canoe and four-wheeler with a six-man trailer. On those cold December and January hunts have peace in mind knowing that the decoy areas are kept free of ice with underground bubbler systems.
